The deck is supported by robust structural posts and features a custom staircase with wooden treads for safe and easy access to the backyard. The upgrade enhances both the home’s curb appeal and usable space, providing a safe, elevated area ideal for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying the view. This build also sets the foundation for future outdoor improvements below the deck area.
This project focused on upgrading the backyard entryway and lower-level patio area of a multi-story home in Coquitlam, BC.
